As part of its U.S. high-speed rail awareness program, Siemens sent its Velaro high-speed train model from Germany to Florida. The program kicked off in Tampa and Siemens reached out to me to develop a skilled team to travel and install / dismantle the 10′ x 16′ x 80′ model. We put together a first-class team with the help of a wonderful partner and delivered a working exhibit on-time and in budget.

This mock-up was also requested at an event during a transportation convention in the Orlando Convention Center. The challenge was not only the ceiling height but the installation restrictions. The convention hall was rented for the three day event with one day to install and one day to dismantle. Our team worked in two shifts for 24hrs and made it show ready by opening.
